摘  要:利用 5个粘性不育系分别与中国春的二体、1 B重双端体及 1 B°1 D 缺四体杂交 ,调查其 F1的育性及其 F1减数分裂中期 的染色体配对情况和后期 出现落后染色体的细胞频率。结果表明 :( 1 ) 5个不育系与中国春二体杂交 F1的自交结实率存在明显差异 ,中国春的 1 B重双端体使 5个不育系的自交结实率大幅度下降 ,中国春的 1 B°1 D 缺四体使各不育系表现全不育 ;( 2 ) 5个不育系和 3个父本杂交 F1减数分裂中期 出现单价体细胞的频率与其后期 出现落后染色体细胞的频率不存在直接相关 ;( 3) 5个不育系与中国春二体的杂交 F1自交结实率与其减数分裂中期 出现单价体细胞的频率呈正相关 ,相关系数为 0 .9695* * ,与后期 出现落后染色体细胞的频率不直接相关。The five CMS lines of wheat with Ae.kotschyi cytoplasm were crossed with Chinese Spring wheat having 21″、20″+t″ lBL +t″ 1BS 、20″+1B°1D w.The chromosome pairing and frequency lagging chromosome of their F 1 in PMC were observed,and the fertilities of their F 1 were investigated in this paper.The results were as follow:(1) The fertilities of five male sterile lines crossed by CS-21″ have significant difference,the fertilities of the five male sterile line crossed with CS-20″+t″ 1BL +t″ 1BS decreased greatly and CS-20″+1B°1D w made them sterilize.(2) Frequency of cells with univalent were not correlated to frequency of cells with lagging chromosomes when the five male sterile lines were crossed respectly with three male parents.(3) It was found that the fertilities of the five male sterile lines crossed with CS-21″ were correlated to frequency of cells with univalent,the correlated coefficient(r) was 0.9695 ** ,and were not correlated to the frequency of cells with lagging chromosomes.
