摘  要:调整光电开关传感器的检测距离可通过调节其灵敏度来实现。该研究讨论了脉冲占空比对红外光电开关传感器灵敏度的影响,提出了基于脉冲占空比调节红外光电开关传感器灵敏度的技术方法。以连续周期矩形脉冲信号为例进行了傅里叶级数展开,得到了直流电压分量和倍频信号电压幅值与占空比的正弦函数关系,并仿真分析了占空比与基频信号电压幅值的相关性,实验测量了占空比对传感器相对灵敏度影响的关系曲线。结果证明,在不改变矩形脉冲电压幅度和频率的情况下,通过调节占空比δ可以改变传感器的灵敏度。即当0<δ<50%时,灵敏度随δ增大而增大;当δ=50%时,灵敏度最大;当50%<δ<100%时,灵敏度随δ增大而减小。在红外光电开关传感器上应用该技术方法,实现了利用软件控制占空比来调节传感器的检测距离。Adjust the detection distance of the photoelectric switch sensor can be realized by adjusting the sensitivity of the devices. In this study,the effect of pulse duty ratio on the sensitivity of the infrared photoelectric switch sensor was discussed,and a new technique about the sensitivity of infrared photoelectric switch sensor based on pulse duty cycle was proposed. Here,as a continuous cycle rectangular pulse signal,based on the Fourier series expansion,the function of relation on the DC voltage component and harmonic signal voltage amplitude with duty ratio was given. Meanwhile ,the effect between duty cycle and the signal amplitude of fundamental frequency was analyzed with the aid of theory simulation,and then the curves of duty cycle on relative sensitivity of sensor were obtained in our experi-ments. The results showed that the sensitivity of the sensor could be changed by adjusting the duty cycle(δ) ,without changing the voltage amplitude and frequency of the rectangular pulse. Moreover,it infers that the sensitivity increases with increase of δ in the case of 0&lt;δ&lt;50%;in contrast,its sensitivity decreases withδincreasein the case of 50%&lt;δ&lt;100%. Further,the maximum sensitivity can be presented as δ=50%. The technique presented by our study will be applied to the infrared photoelectric sensor,and the detection range of the control system can be realized in future.
