摘  要:研究了在低于相变点的温度对T10钢采用双辉等离子渗金属技术进行渗铬的效果。结果表明,在560~700℃渗铬,能在T10钢表面形成显微硬度高达600~1 500 HV的渗铬层,渗层由沉积层和扩散层构成,渗层深度可达20~33μm;渗层的铬含量、深度和显微硬度等随渗铬温度的升高而增加,且渗层深度随渗铬温度呈指数规律变化。It was investigated whether T10 steel could be effectively chromized by using a double glow plasma chromizing technology at a temperature lower than phase transition temperature The results showed that the chromizing at 560 to 700 ℃ makes it possible to form chromized layer with micro-hardness as high as 600 to 1 500 HV on the T10 steel, and that the chromized layer consists of deposition layer and diffusion layer, and is as depth as about 20 to 33 μm. Furthermore, as the chromizing temperature increases, so too do the chromium content, depth and micro-hardness of the chromized layer, and the depth of chromized layer varies exponentially with chromizing temperature.
