摘  要:1Cr13不锈钢制压缩机叶轮经正火和调质处理,发现有部分叶轮冲击韧度不合格。分析了产生这种情况的原因。结果表明,冲击韧度不良的叶轮存在带状铁素体,而带状铁素体是由于锻造温度过高及在高温下停留时间过长所致。只有严格控制锻造工艺才能从根本上避免带状铁素体的形成。It was found that some of the compressor impellers of 1Crl3 stainless steel exhibited undesired impact toughness after normalizing, quenching and high tempering. The reason why the problem of poor impact toughness occurred was analyzed. The results showed that banded ferrite was present in the impellers having poor impact toughness, and that the banded ferrite was ascribed to excessively both high forging temperature and long holding time at high temperature. The banded ferrite may be avoided only by strict control of the forging process.
