摘 要:为减小工厂设计端三维模型到制造端二维图纸的转换,提高枪弹制造水平,提出了弹壳成形的三维工艺设计。以弹壳冲盂工序中的圆饼毛坯为研究对象,基于NX高级仿真模块建立弹壳冲盂数值仿真模型。计算获得盂子成形的应力云图,得出冲盂工序中最大应力点出现在冲子挤进凹模定径带时毛坯外壁。在NX中对盂子进行三维标注,其结构尺寸与工厂实物的实测尺寸基本吻合,验证了三维标注的正确性。研究解决了NX高级仿真模块对冲压成形等大变形问题的仿真分析,为枪弹设计制造一体化提供参考。To reduce the conversion cost from 3D model of design department to 2D drawing of manufacture department in factory and improve the level of manufacturing bullet, a three-dimensional process design of cartridge case forming was put forward. With the round cake blank as the research object, the numerical simulation model of the cartridge case extrusion was established based on NX advanced simulation. Finally, the forming stress contour of the cup-shaped blank was obtained. It is concluded that the maximum stress point is located in the blank outer surface when the punch is squeezed into the die land. The cup-shaped blank was 3D annotated in NX, and its structure size fits the measured size precisely, which verifies the correctness of 3D annotating. The simulation analysis of large deformation problems in stamping by NX advanced simulation was solved, which provided reference for the bullet design manufacturing integration.
