摘  要:针对铝板带冷轧过程中的润滑状态、润滑作用机理及对轧后表面质量的影响进行深入研究。在四球摩擦磨损实验中测试分析了轧制油的摩擦学性能,进而在轧制实验中获得了轧制润滑特征曲线以及不同的润滑条件下轧后表面形貌和粗糙度。结果表明:铝板带冷轧变形区润滑状态为边界润滑,可以获得优异的轧后表面质量,同时与无润滑轧制相比,在边界润滑状态下轧制,其最小可轧厚度最大可降低50%,表面粗糙度Ra最大可减小53%。The lubricating mechanism and lubrication condition in aluminum strips cold rolling and their effects on surface quality of aluminum strips after rolling were studied in details. Four-ball friction experiments were carried out to explore the effects of rolling oil's tribological performance. The lubrication characteristic curves during rolling experiments were obtained, and the surface morphology and roughness of aluminum strips after rolling were obtained also under different lubrication conditions. Results show that lubrication condition in the deformation zone of aluminum strips cold rolling is boundary lubrication, which avails the generation of superior rolled surface quality. Comparing with non-lubricatlon rolling, the minimal decreasing of rolling gauge for aluminum strips is 50%, and the maximal surface roughness is 53% under boundary lubrication.
