摘 要:目的探索更优化的"三基"培训与考核管理办法。方法以气管插管技能作为"三基"考核项目,制定气管插管的技术操作标准流程,并录制操作标准视频,使用普通气管插管模型对我院800位医师进行培训与考核,并分析成绩。结果 800位医师考核全部合格,总分中位数为90.31分,四分位数间距8.00分。在操作流程中,准备气管插管物品、球囊面罩辅助呼吸、气管插管过程三个步骤,得分率以及满分比例较低。培训组的医师与自学组相比,准备气管插管物品和摆体位两个环节,得分率较高(P<0.05)。职称级别、是否参与完整培训对考核结果无明显影响。结论需要重视对医师进行气管插管等技能的"三基"培训与考核,建立完善的培训与考核制度,运用先进高效的培训方法,反复培训、定期考核。Objective To explore the better management methods of "Three Basics" skills training and assessment. Methods We chose tracheal intubation skill as a "Three Basics" assessment project, developed a standard operating process, recorded the standard operating video, and used ordinary tracheal intubation models to train and assess 800 physicians of our hospital, then, analyzed the results. Results All the 800 physicians were qualified, the median score was 90.31, the quartile spacing was 8.00. The lowest three step-scores were as follows: the procedure of tracheal intubation, bag-mask ventilation and preparation of the instrument. Compared with those who never received any training, physicians who participated in complete training got higher score in preparation of the instrument and posing the patients (P〈0.05). Different professionaltitles and complete training had no significant effect on the total score of the assessment. Conclusion It is necessary to pay more attention to the training and assessment of "Three Basics" skills, like tracheal intubation. A sound system needs to be established, advanced and effective training methods need to be used to carry on repeated training and regular assessment.
