摘 要:目的探索中医心血管内科实习生入科培训引入研究生标准化病人的应用效果。方法将湖南中医药大学2012级4年制中医专业本科学生40人,随机分为实验组及对照组各20名,对照组采用传统的授课方式,实验组则在传统方法上增加研究生标准化病人的参与;采用书面试卷考核及问卷调查分析教学结果。结果对学习效果的评价显示,对照组与实验组在理论考试成绩上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在操作考试成绩及合格率上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在问卷调查中显示,实验组学生大部分对SP互动式教学在加强对患者理解、增强医患沟通、发现自身不足、提高学习效率方面作用予以肯定。结论中医心血管内科实习生入科培训引入研究生标准化病人能提高学生实践能力、医患沟通能力、学习效率。Objective To explore the application effect of introducing Postgraduate Standardized Patient into the Department of cardiovascular medicine interns. Methods Grade 2012 in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine for 4 years for TCM undergraduate students in 40, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 20 cases in each group, the control group used the traditional teaching methods, the experimental group increased graduate student standardized patient participation in traditional methods; the written examination paper analysis and questionnaire survey results of teaching examination. Results The results showed that the evaluation of learning, the experimental group and the control group had no difference in theory test scores (P〉0.05), and had the significant difference in the theory of operation of'the examination results and the qualification rate (P〈0.05), on display in the survey, most of the students in the experimental group of SP interactive teaching in understanding, strengthen the patients strengthen the doctor-patient communication, found their own defects and improve the learning efficiency of affirmation. Conclusion The introduction of standardized training for patients with cardiovascular diseases in Chinese medicine can improve the students' practical ability, communication ability and learning efficiency.
