血液分离胶采血试管在临床检验中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血液分离胶采血试管在临床检验中的应用价值。方法选择我卫生队血液检验的患者68例分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用血液分离胶采血试管采集和检验,对照组采用真空玻璃采血试管采集和检验,分析两组患者生化指标检验结果的差异性和血清分离效果。结果对照组的Glu、UA、CO_2CP三项生化指标高于观察组,而CRE指标低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组血清分离总有效率为100%,对照组的为88.23%(P<0.05)。结论分离胶采血试管能有效分离血清和血块,促进临床检验高效进行,提高临床检验的准确率,为疾病的诊断和治疗提供可靠的依据。Objective To explore the application value of blood separation gel blood test tube in clinical examination. Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was collected and tested by blood separation test. The control group was collected and tested by vacuum glass blood test. The results of biochemical indexes, differences and serum separation effects were analyzed. Results The biochemical indexes of Glu, UA and CO2CP in the control group were higher than those in the observation group, while the CRE index was lower than that of the observation group （P〈0.05）. The total cffective rate was 100% in the observation group, and which in control group was 88.23% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Separation of blood and blood tcst tube can effectively separate serum and blood clot, to promote the effective clinical examination to improve the accuracy of clinical testing for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease to provide a reliable basis.
