摘　　要：目的对糖尿病患者出现低血糖/昏迷现象的诱因进行研究,并且探讨处理对策。方法从2013年1月-2016年12月因糖尿病进入我院的患者中,随机抽选52例出现低血糖/昏迷的患者,分析其诱因,重点总结处理对策。结果 52例患者中,6例运动不合理、17例药物出现相互作用,13例饮食与降糖措施不协调,2例降糖措施过强,2例升糖调节障碍,8例全身疾病的低血糖表现等。结论运动不合理、降糖措施过强以及升糖调节障碍等均属糖尿病患者出现低血糖/昏迷现象的常见诱因,需加以防范。Objective To discuss low blood glucose in patients with diabetes/coma phenomenon to study the cause, and explore the Methods From January 2013 to December 2016, because of diabetes in our hospital patients, randomly selected in 52 cases of hypoglycemia/coma patients and analyze its cause, mainly summarizes the treatment measures. Results Of 52 cases, 6 cases of movement was not reasonable, 17 cases of drug interactions, 13 cases of diet and hypoglycemic action was not harmonious, 2 cases of hypoglycemic action too, 2 cases of litres of sugar adjustment disorder, 8 cases of systemic disease of low blood sugar. Conclusion Movement is not reasonable, hypoglycemic action too, difficulty in litres of sugar regulation of diabetic patients appeared/coma phenomenon is a common cause of low blood sugar, the need to guard against them.
