腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手及前臂皮肤软组织缺损的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨应用腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手及前臂皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2010年6月-2014年6月收治患者19例,全部采用腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手及前臂创面,皮瓣面积5.5cm×6.5 cm^12 cm×20 cm,皮瓣移植12~14 d后全部断蒂。结果所有皮瓣全部成活。随访6~24个月,皮瓣血运良好,质地柔软,手外形及功能恢复满意。结论腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣是修复手及前臂软组织缺损的较好方法。Objective To study the clinical effect of applying subcutaneous vascular net flaps from the abdomen at reconstructing damaged/lost skin soft tissues from hands and forearms. Methods 19 patients were treated in our study from June 2010 to June 2014. Totally 19 wounded sites had been selected for the restorative treatment on damaged skin soft tissues from hands and forearms by using subcutaneous vascular net flaps from the abdomen. The size of the applied flap varied between 5.5 cm×6.5cm-12 cm×20 cm, the bridge were cut after 12 to 14 days for all cases. Results All flaps survived. Sample were revisited after 6-24 months, all flaps were growing healthily, tissues were felt soft, both the shape and function were satisfactory. Conclusion The reconstructive treatment by applying subcutaneous vascular net flaps from the abdomen is an effective method to reconstruct damaged/lost soft tissues from hands and forearms.
