中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮的治疗效果。方法选取我院在2015年1-12月收取的50例系统性红斑狼疮患者,按照入院治疗的先后次序划分为两组:观察组(25例)和对照组(25例),对照组患者仅常规西医治疗,而观察组给予中西医结合治疗,对两组患者治疗后的效果进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组80.00%,两组间比较差异明显(χ~2=5.621);观察组临床症状改善率为92.00%高于对照组80.00%,(χ~2=4.216);两组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮的效果确切,不仅能尽快的缓解临床症状,亦能控制病情的发展,对改善患者的生活质量有积极的意义。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Methods 50 cases with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus from Jan. to Dec. 2015 in our hospital were selected as subjects, and according to the hospital＇s priorities were divided into. two groups： the observation group （25 patients） and control group （25 patients）, only conventional Western medicine in the treatment of patients with control group and study group treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The effects of two groups of patients after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （96.00%） was higher than that of the control group （80.00%, χ^2=5.621）; The clinical symptom improvement rate of the observation（92.00%） was higher than that of the control gorup （χ^2=4.216）; It showed significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can not only alleviate symptoms as soon as possible, also control the development of the disease, to improve the quality of life in patients with positive meaning.
