摘　　要：取料机悬皮驱动凸缘联轴器断裂会造成驱动平台坍塌,安全隐患严重。通过有限元应力分析,优化了凸缘联轴器的结构设计,减少结构的应力集中,并通过材料和加工工艺的改进提升了新联轴器的疲劳强度,避免断裂事故的发生,保障生产安全。The fracture of hanging driving flange coupling of the reelaimer will t：ause the driving platform to collapse, which can lead to a the safely hazard. By the finite element stress analysis, the structural design of the flange-cou- piing is optimized to reduce the stress concentration, Through the improvement of material and processing technology, the fatigue strength of tile new coupling is enhanced, and the occurrence of fracture is aw^ided, from which the production safety is ensured.
