摘  要:为保证港口起重机安全,应对阵风灾害,许多港口码头对早年制造的大型港口起重机进行防风安全装置改造,如加装电动防风铁楔和轮边夹轮器等措施。本文探讨了电动防风铁楔的应用及其存在的安全风险,提出了相应的技术改进方案。实施该改进方案,大大提升了港口起重机的安全性,取得了明显效果。In order to guarantee the safety of port cranes and cope with wind disaster, reconstruction of the anti-wind safety devices for early manufactured large port cranes are conducted, such as the measures by installing electric windproof i- ron wedge and wheel gripper and so on. The applications and presented security risks of electric windshield wedge are dis- cussed and the corresponding technical improvement design is proposed. The improvement scheme is proved to be effective by experiment validation, which has greatly increased the safety of port cranes.
