摘 要:通过将光催化和膜分离技术耦合,设计了一种新型的错流式光催化膜反应器.采用相转换法制备的rGO/TiO_2/PVDF复合分离膜用于膜反应器中,以1g/L牛血清蛋白(BSA)溶液模拟天然大分子废水,以截留率和膜通量为参数,采用无光截留-光催化自清洁交替运行方式研究反应器的性能.结果表明,复合分离膜对BSA的截留率达到92%,当反应器运行一段时间后改用清水作为进膜料液并打开紫外光,膜通量恢复了87%,说明膜分离和光催化交替运行的方式能够有效地恢复膜通量.By coupling membrane separation with photocatalytic technology, a new cross flow type of photocatalytic membrane reactor was designed. The composite separation membranes of rGO/TiO2/PVDF were prepared by phase transformation. Then, the bovine serum albumin solutions of 1 g/L was simulated as natural macromoleeular influent. The alternating operation mode with no-light membrane separation and photocatalytic self-cleaning under UV light was performed. The membrane performance was investigated by using membrane retention rate and flux as evaluating indexes. The results show that the alternating operation with membrane separation and photocatalytsis can effectively recover membrane flux due to the membrane retention rate of 92% and flux recovery of 87% for bovine serum albumin after a period of time to open UV light and with clean water instead of influent simultaneously.
