摘  要:针对鲍店煤矿瓦斯异常涌出、局部瓦斯聚积、隅角回风巷瓦斯超限的问题,通过程序升温实验,研究了不同瓦斯浓度对煤样自燃特性的影响,分析了5种粒度煤样的耗氧速率在不同温度下的CO、CO2和CH4气体的产生率。实验结果表明:随着风流瓦斯浓度的升高,耗氧速率、CO产生率以及CO2产生率均降低,风流中的瓦斯减缓了煤氧复合反应进程,抑制了煤自燃进程。该研究成果对鲍店煤矿73上09工作面瓦斯与煤自燃的防治提供了理论基础和指导。In view of the problems of gas abnormal emission and local gas accumulation and corner wind lane gas overrun in Baodian Coal Mine, the influence of different gas concentration on coal spontaneous combustion characteristics were studied through the program heating experiment. The oxygen consumption rate of 5 kinds of particle size coal samples and the production rate of CO, CO2 and CH4 at different temperatures were analyzed. The experimental results show that, with the increase of air flow gas concentration, oxygen consumption rate, CO production rate and CO2 production rate are reduced, and the gas in the air decreases the coal oxygen compound reaction process, and inhibited the process of coal spontaneous combustion. The research results provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the prevention and control of gas and coal spontaneous combustion in the 73 upper 09 working face of Baodian Coal Mine.
