摘 要:赤泥、铝土尾矿、污泥是焦作市的三大工业固体废物,废物堆放占用大量土地,还会对环境造成污染。将赤泥、铝土尾矿和污泥三大工业废物按不同配比混合,加水搅拌后制成圆球,经过1 150℃焙烧,保温20 min后冷却,制备符合国家标准的烧胀陶粒,并选出制备陶粒的最佳配比。结果表明,铝土尾矿掺量是影响陶粒性质的主要因素,掺量越高,陶粒的筒压强度就越高;加入适量的污泥能使陶粒的多孔结构更加显著,使陶粒更加质轻。当赤泥、铝土尾矿和污泥的配比为27.5%、52.5%、20%时,得到的陶粒筒压强度最高,为16.19 MPa,堆积密度为866.75 kg/m^3,吸水率为9.7%。当赤泥、铝土尾矿和污泥的配比为52.5%、27.5%、20%时,陶粒的筒压强度为11.09 MPa,堆积密度为694 kg/m^3,吸水率为7.3%。以赤泥、铝土尾矿、污泥三大工业固体废物为原料制备陶粒,为工业固体废物的资源化利用提供了一种新方法。Red mud,bauxite tailings and sludge are the three kinds of industrial waste in Jiaozuo City,and has occupied many space,and may bring environmental pollution. Using three kind of wastes,red mud,bauxite tailings and sludge,prepare ceramsite according to the different mixing ratio,mixing with water,roasting in 1 150 ℃,insulation cooling after 20 minutes. The results showed that the dosage of the bauxite tailings are the main factors influencing the nature of the ceramsite. The higher the dosage of bauxite tailings,the higher the cylinder compressive strengthness of ceramsite. In just the right amount of sludge ceramsite can get the porous structure of even more significant,make ceramsite more light. When the ratio of red mud,bauxite tailings,and the sludge are 27. 5%,52. 5%,20% respectively,get a highest ceramsite cylinder compressive strengthness 16. 19 MPa,bulk density of 866. 75 kg/m^3,water absorption of 9. 7%.When the ratio of red mud,bauxite tailings,and the sludge are 52. 5%,27. 5%,20% respectively,the cylinder pressure strengthness11. 09 MPa,the packing density of the minimum of 694 kg/m^3,water absorption of 7. 3%. Ceramisite was prepared by using red mud,bauxite tailings and sludge,which has provided a new method on resource utilization for for industrial solid waste.
