摘 要:目的在《卫生管理学》实践教学中体现健康管理特色,便于健康管理专业人才开展宏观管理与服务。方法对杭州师范大学2013级健康管理专业的54名本科生围绕选定的卫生政策开展全程PBL教学,以小组为单位,分析政策问题,结合国家卫生服务调查的统计数据,形成研究报告。结果实施PBL以后,学生分析问题和解决问题能力提高,但自感学习压力增大。结论教师需要进一步明确教学的要求和考查方式;人才培养需进一步强化科研课题设计和应用能力。Objective To reflect health management characteristic in the practice teaching of "Health Service Management", and to help health management professionals carry out macro management and services. Methods Carrying out PBL teaching in 54 undergraduate majors of grade 2013 in health management of Hangzhou normal university, around the selected health policy, each group analyzes the policy issues, and based on the statistical data of the national health services survey, the group formed research reports. Results After implementing PBL, the students' ability of analyzing and solving problems were improved, but their self-learning pressure increased. Conclusion Teachers needs to further clarify the requirements of teaching and testing methods, and personnel training needs to further strengthen the design and application of research topics.
