摘  要:PTC是一种新型的集教学与实践为一体的培训模式,包括讲座、小组讨论、教授技能和场景演练。麻醉危机是围术期突发的危及生命安全的事件,对开始进入临床实习的麻醉同学进行相关的危机事件管理培训显得尤为重要。将PTC教学模式应用于麻醉危机管理教学中,让学生在亲身体验中完成理论与实际的结合,训练了学生正确规范的临床技能、完整迅速的临床思维,加强了学生与教师的互动,不仅增加了学习的趣味性,同时也提升了学生的个人危机处理能力。PTC is a new kind of training mode which integrates teaching with practice, including lectures, group discussions, teaching skills and scene drills. Anesthesia crises are life-threatening events.It is very important to carry out the related crisis management training to the students who have entered the clinical practice. We use the PTC teaching mode in the training of anesthesia crisis management, and students have completed the theory study and clinical practice with this new mode which inspires students to think, teaches them to distinguish the correctly clinical skills and improves the interaction between students and teachers. So,this mode not only increases the interesting but also enhances the students' ability to deal with the anesthesia crisis .
