摘　　要：洛阳石化原使用常三线和减一线作为常减压装置机械密封冲洗油。由于常三线与减一线均为柴油组分,作为产品经济效益较高,若作为冲洗油重新进入流程,再循环加工,就会降低直馏柴油的收率。因此,分公司要求使用减二线油做为常减压装置机械密封冲洗油。通过改造,效益得到提高,每年创效约为1.1亿元。SINOPEC Luoyang Company used 3rd-sidedraw stream of atmospheric tower and lst-sidedraw stream of vacuum tower to mechanical seal seal oil of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit. Because these two kinds of oil are diesel components, both have Higher economic value. If used it to seal oil, the yield of diesel will reduce.Therefore,SIN（）PEC Luoyang Company use 2st-sidedraw stream of vacuum tow- er to seal oil.Through transformation,it can create economic benefits of about 110 million yuan each year.
