摘 要:采用水溶液聚合法,用甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)对马来酸-丙烯酸物质的量比分别为1∶4、1∶6、1∶8,苯乙烯(St)含量占单体总物质的量的12%的马来酸-丙烯酸-苯乙烯三元共聚物进行改性,研究表明:采用SMAS改性时,当SMAS占单体总物质的量的11.1%时,改善该三元共聚物在水中的溶解性,提高聚合物的抗再沉积性能。用丙烯酰胺(AM)和N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)改性是在n(MA)∶n(AA)为1∶8,x(St)=12%,x(SMAS)=11.1%的条件下进行,结果表明:用AM改性时,可有效提高三元共聚物的洗涤效果,但对三元共聚物的外观清亮程度和与洗衣液基质的相容性影响效果不明显;用DMAA改性时,对三元共聚物的黏度几乎没有影响,但可显著提高三元共聚物水溶液的透明度和聚合物对黏土中涤纶布的洗涤效果。Founctional modification of maleic anhydride (MA) acrylic acid (AA)-styrene (St) terpoly met with sodium methallyl sulfonate (SMAS),acrylic amide (AM) and N,N dimethylacrylamide (DMAA) by using aqueous solution polymerization method was studied in this work.Part of AA was replaced by SMAS by maintaining molar ratio of MA/AA at 1 : 4,1 : 6,1 : 8 respectively and the con centration of St at 12%.The results indicated that when 11.1% of total monomer was substituted by SMAS,the water-solubility of the terpolymer and the performance of the redeposition resistance were improved.When using AM and DMAA to replace AA in the terpolymer by keeping MA/AA at 1 : 8 and the concentration of St at 12% and SMAS at 11.1%,it was found that the laundry performance of AM modification was enhanced, however the enhancement on the transparency of the terpolymer and its compatibility with laundry detergent was limited;modification by DMAA could improve the trans- parency of the terpolymer and the performance of the anti-redeposition of caly particles on polyester fabrics in laundry process.
