摘　　要：以企业设备维护管理的手持终端应用为研究对象,分析了设备维护数据在工单管理和数据应用中所面临的问题,介绍了手持终端解决方案的制定,包括功能设计、流程特点以及项目实施成果的展示等内容。该终端的应用研究优化了业务流程,改善了业务管理模式,在同行领域中具有推广价值。Taking handheld terminal application of enterprise equipment maintenance management as research object, this paper analyzes the problems of equipment maintenance data in worksheets management and data application, and introduces solutions for handheld terminal, including functional design, process features and project implementation results. The application research of terminal optimizes business processes, improves the business management model with promotion value in this field.
