军医大学附属医院与非附属医院的实习教学工作比较

摘　　要：为促进军医大学临床教学质量的提高,采用自编问卷,调查某军医大学附属和非附属实习医院的临床专业实习生的学习基础、实习动机、实习期望、实习纪律及对所在医院各方面教学工作的满意度等。结果显示附属医院与非附属医院实习学员的学习基础和动机没有明显差异,附属医院实习学员对于医院及自身给予了更高的评价,实习纪律相对较差,对其医院教学工作满意度较低。To advance clinical teaching quality of Military Medical University,a survey was conducted on interns＇ learning levels,practice motivation,practice expectation,practice discipline and degree of satisfaction. The participants are the clinical interns in affiliated hospitals of Military Medical University and those in non-affiliated ones. The results showed that there was no obvious diference in students＇ learning level and practice motivation between the interns in affiliated hospitals and those in non-affiliated ones,and the former appraised the hospitals and themselves higher,but with poorer discipline in practice and lower degree of satisfaction with teaching in hospitals.
