鲁东大学大学生体育弱势群体体育行为现状调查分析

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法,问卷调查法,访谈法,分析归纳法等方法,以鲁东大学部分大学生体育弱势群体为调查对象,对该群体的体育行为现状进行调查研究。结果表明:鲁东大学大学生体育弱势群体体育行为意识淡薄,整体水平较低,影响因素主要是自身的身体状况、体育行为动机、学校体育教学的组织等。建议通过加强体育弱势群体体育行为意识的培养丰富教学内容,创新教学方法等措施培养运动兴趣,以提高鲁东大学体育弱势群体的体育素养,增强体质。This paper investigates the situation of sports behavior of the underprivileged groups of university students in Ludong University by means of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and inductive analysis.The results show that the physical behavior of the underprivileged students of Ludong University is weak and the overall level is low.The main influencing factors are physical condition,motive of physical education, organization of school physical education and so on.It is suggested that the sports interest should be fostered by strengthening the sports consciousness of the disadvantaged groups,enriching the teaching content and innovating the teaching methods,so as to improve the physical quality of the disadvantaged groups in Ludong University.
