华南地区普通高校棒垒球运动赛事开展的影响因素与对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对华南地区普通高校棒垒球运动赛事开展的主要影响因素进行了研究。结果显示,主要影响因素包括:领导重视程度和支持不够、社会和学校宣传力度不足、竞赛组织管理欠缺、区域发展不均衡、赛事市场开发不足、场地器材及配套设施不完善和师资匮乏。为此有针对性地提出适合高校棒垒球运动赛事开展的对策,以期为高校棒垒球运动赛事的可持续发展提供理论依据和实践基础。By applying the method of documentary, interviewing, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, the paper probes into the main factors influencing the operation of baseball and softball tournaments in colleges and universities in South China. It is found that the influencing factors mainly include： lack of attention and support from the leaders, lack of publicity, unbalanced regional development, organizational and management deficiencies, underdevelopment of the market for tournaments, and lack of venues, equipment, facilities and teachers, etc. Based on the above findings, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of baseball and softball tournaments in colleges and universities in the hope that it can provide theoretical basis and practical foundation for the sustainable development of baseball and softball tournaments.
