越轨理论视角下国际足联高官腐败行为研究

摘　　要：运用默顿越轨理论作为分析框架,从该理论的文化目标和制度化手段入手,对国际足联高官的体育腐败行为进行分析。研究认为:国际足联高官的腐败行为是由当前诸多足球赛事被越来越多的金钱元素所渗透,并殃及国际足联高官,诱发高官自身行为类型中文化目标和制度化手段的连续性失调,造成了不同行为类型下的越轨行为。具体表现为:改辙类型性下敲诈勒索的腐败行为、仪式主义类型下转卖队员及正负行为偏离、隐退主义类型下日常生活中的道德腐败、造反类型下的洗钱、控赌行为,并对各种行为类型下文化目标和制度化手段的不连续性原因进行了思考。With Merton＇ s theory of deviance as framework and exploring through its cultural goals and institutionalized means, this thesis analyses the corruption among FIFA high - ranking officials. The research shows that the motive for corruption among these officials is due to the infiltration of interest factors. This causes continuous anomies in FIFA high - ranking officials＇ cultural goals and institutionalized means, resulting in different types of deviance, including extortion and blackmailing under innovation; team member selling as well as positive and negative deviance under ritualism; moral corruption in everyday life under retreat possibility; money laundering and gambit controlling under rebellion. In addition, the thesis also examines the explanations for the discontinuity of cultural goals and institutionalized means under different deviant behaviors.
