奥运争光与全民健身背景下上海市学校健美操和啦啦操发展对策研究  

Analysis on the Development of Aerobics and Cheerleading in Shanghai under the Background of Olympic Glorious Strategy and National-wide Fitness

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查法等研究方法,对上海市各级学校健美操和啦啦操运动的发展进行分析,并借鉴国内其他地区以及国外的相关经验。研究得出:1.上海市学校健美操和啦啦操的发展须采用"一体化构建"的模式,包括学校体育协会、课程设置、训练及竞赛、产业一体化等四个多元体;2.体育协会一体化在结构上要自上而下,在功能上需逐步放权;3.课程设置一体化包括教材、教学内容、师资培训等内容;4.训练及竞赛一体化包括训练时间、场地、经费、赛事等;5.产业一体化包括项目推广、赛事组织、培训、演出、服装及道具等内容。With the methods of literature review, expert interview and survey, the article analyzes the development of aerobics and cheerleading in Shanghai schools with experiences from both domestic and abroad. The results shows that： first, the development of school aerobics and cheerleading in Shanghai should adopt to the integration structure, which should include four elements including school sport associations, course settings, training and competitions, as well as industrial integration ; second, the integration structure of associations should be from top to base, and should be given more power; third, the integration structure of courses should include teaching material, content and teachers training. Forth, the integration structure of training and competition should include time, space, money, events and so on; Fifth, the integration structure should include popularization, competition organized, training, performance, clothes and prop.
