彩色多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变研究

摘　　要：目的观察彩色多普勒超声诊断在糖尿病下肢血管病变中的诊断效果,分析彩色多普勒的临床诊断应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月期间该院收治的糖尿病下肢血管病变患者55例作为研究对象,均采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行诊断,统计彩色多普勒超声诊断仪的检出率,分析彩色多普勒超声诊断在糖尿病下肢血管病变中的应用价值,旨在提高糖尿病下肢血管病变的诊断率,促进患者及时采取正确的治疗。结果 55例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者通过彩色多普勒超声诊断仪诊断出48例,检出率为87.3%;经诊断有斑块的有18例患者,占37.5%,狭窄的有20例患者,占41.7%,闭塞的有10例患者,占20.8%,彩色多普勒超声诊断仪诊断发现48例确诊的糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的血管内径明显变宽,血流量明显减少,频谱宽度变窄。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断仪用于糖尿病下肢血管病变的诊断准确率较高,具有一定的临床诊断价值。Objective To observe the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease of diabetes patients and analyze the clinical diagnosis application value of color Doppler ultrasound. Methods 55 cases of patients with lower extremity arterial disease of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research .objects and diagnosed with color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis apparatus, and the test rate was counted and the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease of diabetes patients was analyzed in order to improve the diagnosis rate of lower extremity arterial disease of diabetes patients and promote the accurate treatment of patients in time. Results 48 cases of patients were diagnosed by the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis apparatus in the 55 cases of patients with diabetes, and the test rate was 87.3%, and the diag- nosis showed that there were 18 cases with plaque, accounting for 37.5%, 20 cases with straitness, accounting for 41.7%, and 10 cases with obstruction, accounting for 20.8%, and the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis apparatus diagnosis showed that the vessel diameter obviously broadened, and the blood flow obviously decreased and the spectrum width narrowed down. Conclusion The accurate rate of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease of diabetes patients is high with a certain clinical diagnosis value.
