人性化护理在糖尿病护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的对人性化护理在糖尿病护理措施中临床效果的观察与探讨。方法选取80例在某院接受治疗的糖尿病患者,选取时间为2015年3月—2016年3月。随机将所选患者分为两组,依据护理方式进行划分,分别为对照组和实验组,对照组采取常规护理措施,实验组采取人性化护理措施,观察护理效果。结果在护理效果与满意度数据中发现,实验组显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病患者人性化护理措施能够显著提升护理效率与满意度,提高患者的生活品质,有效控糖,值得推广。Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of humanistic nursing in the nursing of diabetes. Methods 80 eases of patients with diabetes from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the nursing method, the control group adopted the routine nursing measures, while the experimental group adopted the humanistic nursing measures, and the nursing effect was observed. Results The nursing effect and Satisfactory degree data in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences between groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humanistic nursing measures for patients with diabetes can obviously improve the nursing efficacy and satisfactory, improve the quality of life of patients and effectively control the blood sugar, which is worth promotion.
