全程护理干预对改善中老年糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量的效果评价

摘　　要：目的通过对比全程护理干预与常规护理后中老年糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量情况,分析全程护理干预的临床应用价值。方法选取该院收治的中老年糖尿病患者105例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组治疗期间给予常规护理和对照组患者给予全程护理干预措施,观察并对比两组患者治疗护理前后的血糖水平以及护理干预后的生活质量评分,分析全程护理干预措施的临床应用价值。结果两组患者治疗护理前的FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗护理后的FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c等比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗护理前后两组患者的FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c等组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理后的社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康等评分明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后的生理功能和躯体功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全程护理干预可有效改善中老年糖尿病患者的血糖水平,提高患者的生活质量,具有一定的临床价值。Objective to analyze the clinical value of whole course nursing intervention by comparing the blood glucose lev- el and quality of life of the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus after the whole nursing intervention and routine nursing care. Methods Select our hospital in 105 cases of elderly patients with diabetes as the reseatch object, randomly divided into experimental group during treatment given routine nursing and patients in the control group were given nursing intervention, observation and nursing before and after treatment were compared between two groups of blood glucose level and nursing intervention on the quality of life score analysis, nursing intervention the clinical value of measures. Results There was no significant difference between two groups before treatment FBG, 2 hPBG, HbAlc （/）〉0.05）, with statistical significance after treatment and nursing, FBG, 2 hPBG, HbAlc（P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment and nursing care of patients in the two groups of FBG, 2 hPBG and HbAlc within group differences （P〈0.05）. The social function of patients in experimental group after nursing, emotional function, mental health and general health score was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; there is no significant difference between the two groups of nursing after the physiological function and physical function （P〉0.05）. Conclusion the whole course nursing intervention can effectively improve the blood glucose level of middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes, improve the quality of life of patients, has a certain clinical value.
