摘  要:海绵城市是应对当前中国城市水安全问题提出的重要战略措施。绿地作为控制雨水径流的重要场所,城市绿地系统规划自然成为海绵城市建设的重点。本文以海绵城市理念为指导,提出四项城市绿地系统规划策略:尊重绿地现状格局、结合水文规划、绿地功能多样化、绿地布局系统化。最后以东兴市江平新城的绿地系统规划为例,明确规划目标,并完成其绿地平面布局、绿地竖向建设、绿道慢行系统规划。希望能为今后的新城绿地系统规划提供一些帮助。Sponge city is a significant measure to address water security issue in current urban China. Urban green space, as an important place for controlling rainwater runoff, becomes a focus of sponge city construction. Based on the idea of sponge city, this article will proposes four strategies of systematic planning for urban green space: respecting current situation of green space, integrating hydrological planning, diversifying functions of green space and systematizing green space layout. Finally, the article takes the green space planning of Jiangping District in Dongxing as an example to clarify the planning objectives, and accomplishes the layout plan, the vertical construction and greenway slow traffic system. It is hoped that this article is of some value for urban green space planning in the future.
