摘　　要：随着产业结构的调整与企业自身的发展,工业建筑遗存问题愈发突出,对其改造更新是企业对待工业建筑遗存较为妥善的处理策略。文章积极探索基于企业发展的工业建筑遗存改造的目标方向、功能的改造模式以及空间的手法操作,为今后企业建筑遗存的发展和相关学科的研究提供理论依据和实践参考。Along with the industrial restructuring and development of enterprises, the problem of industrial architectural heritage has become ever more apparent. Transformation and update remain relatively proper strategy for enterprises. We try to explore the target direction of transforming, transformation mode of function and reforming technique of space. And try to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for future research of architectural heritage in enterprise,
