黑蜂蜂蜜治疗结痂创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察黑蜂蜂蜜治疗结痂创面的效果,并与新型敷料进行比较。方法按入选标准选择患者65例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用黑蜂蜂蜜处理创面,对照组用新型敷料处理创面。观察治疗过程中疼痛的差别,创面结痂脱落时间,新生上皮出现时间,创面愈合速度和愈合后情况。结果两组患者在疼痛体验上无差别,在创面结痂脱落时间,新生上皮出现时间,创面愈合后情况等方面观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后第12、18、24天观察组创面面积小于对照组(P<0.05),同时,第12、18、24天的创面缩减率观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黑蜂蜂蜜在治疗结痂创面时,能迅速清除创面厚痂,促进创面愈合。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of black bee honey on scab wound Methods Sixty-five patients with scab wound were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was subjected to black bee honey, and the control group was subjected to the new dressing to treat the wounds. During the treatment, the scab off time, the appearance time of the epithelium, the wound healing rate, the healing time and the condition of skin after healing were observed. Results There was no significant difference in pain between the two groups, and the observation group was better than the control group in the scab off time, the new epithelium appearance time, the healing time and the condition of skin after healing （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The wound healing rate was exhibited difference between the two group from the 12th day after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion On the treatment of scab wound, black bee honey can quickly remove the thick crust, promote wound healing, at the same time, newly-formed skin is with strong anti abrasion ability.
