摘　　要：十八届四中全会吹响全面推进依法治国的号角,大学生作为社会主义现代化建设的生力军,提高其法治观念是全民法治的重要突破口。探索构建家庭、学校、社会、自身"四位一体"的大学生法治观念的养成路径,以期为相关部门促进全民守法,推动全社会树立法治意识,推动法治社会的建设提供具有可操作性的对策和建议。The basic principle of ruling the country by law has been implemented completely after the fourth plenary session of the 18thCommUnist Party of China Central Committee.h is an important sally port to improve college students＇legal sense,who are the fresh troops of socialistmodernization drive.This＇ essay is to research the cultivating methods of college students＇legal sense based on quateruity of family,school,social andoneself, so to provide workable countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant departments to promote all people to learn laws,promote the wholesociety to set up legal sense,and promote the constructions of society governed by law.
