无线平板探测器在新生儿胸部床旁摄影的图像质量研究

摘　　要：目的评价分析无线平板探测器进行新生儿床边胸部摄影的应用效果。方法将收治的300例新生儿胸部摄影患者随机分为有线组与无线组,各150例,无线组:对患者利用无线平板探测器进行床边胸片拍摄,有线组:对患者采用移动DR自带有线平板探测器进行床边胸片拍摄,比较两组图像的质量。结果无线组的甲片有99张,占66%,乙片49张,占32.6%,丙片2张,占1.3%,废片0张,有线组甲片有83张,占55.3%,乙片60张,占40%,丙片7张,占4.6%,废片0张,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用无线平板探测器进行新生儿床边摄影,可使图像质量显著提高,从而使拍摄甲片率有所提高,有助于临床诊断及救治,同时辐射剂量减少,有助于新生儿防护。Objective To assess and analyse the application effect of Wireless flat-panel detector in neonatal chest photography. Methods 300 cases of neonates treated with neonatal chest photography were randomly divided into two equal groups,the cable flat panel detector group and the wireless flat-panel detector group. Each group consists of 150 cases. The wireless group： the patients were taken chest radiography by Wireless flat-panel detector of portable DR. The cable group： the patients were taken chest radiography by builtin cable flat-panel detector of portable DR. Then we compared the image quality of the two groups.Results The wireless group： The number of Grade ＇A＇ image was 99,account for 66%; the number of Grade ＇B＇ image was 49,account for 32.6%,the number of Grade ＇C＇ image was 2,account for 1.3%,the number of useless image was 0.The cable group： The number of Grade ＇A＇ image was 83,account for 55.3%; the number of Grade ＇B＇ image was60,account for 40%,the number of Grade ＇C＇ image was 7,account for 4.6%,the number of useless image was0. The differences between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions Using Wireless flat-panel detector for neonatal chest photography can significantly improve the image quality,so that the rate of Grade ＇A＇ image is increased,it is conducive to clinical diagnosis and treatment. At the same time radiation dose is reduced,so that contribute to improve the radiation protection of the neonates.
