不同剂量丙种球蛋白联合地塞米松治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同剂量丙种球蛋白联合地塞米松治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效。方法随机选择于2011年5月至2016年10月间本院收治的特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者140例,作为本次研究对象,采用电脑随机分组方式,将此次收治于本院的患者随机分为研究组与常规组,每组70例。其中常规组患者给予小剂量丙种球蛋白联合地塞米松治疗;研究组患者给予大剂量剂量丙种球蛋白联合地塞米松治疗。探讨两种不同剂量丙种球蛋白联合地塞米松治疗的成效。结果数据统计分析发现,两组患者临床治疗效果、血小板恢复时间、血小板回升时间、出血停止时间对比,无差异意义(P>0.05)。结论在地塞米松治疗的基础之上,联合丙种球蛋白予以治疗,可对患者临床表现起到显著改善租用,促进患者血小板数提升,与此同时,小剂量与大剂量的丙种球蛋白的疗效相同,故采用小剂量丙种球蛋白治疗费用较低,临床应用价值较高。Objective To observe the effects of different dose of gamma globulin combined dexamethasone efficacy in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods Randomly selected140 cases of patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,got therapy in our hospital during May 2011 and October 2014,as the research object. Used the computer random grouping method,the patients were randomly divided into research group and routine group,each group including 70 cases. The conventional group treated with small dose of gamma globulin combined with dexamethasone for therapy. Patients in research group were treated with high dose of gamma globulin combined with dexamethasone. In order to explore the therapy effect of different dose of gamma globulin combined with dexamethasone. Results Statistical analysis found that there were no significant difference in clinical efficacy,platelet recovery time,platelet increases time and bleeding stop time between the two groups（ P0.05）.Conclusions On the basis of dexamethasone treatment,joint treatment with gamma globulin,can significantly improve the clinical manifestations,and promote the increase of platelet count.Meanwhile,the effects of small dose and large dose of gamma globulin are the same,so low dose gamma globulin will reduce the treatment cost,and got higher clinical value.
