分娩球训练联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法促进自然分娩的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分娩球训练联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法在产妇自然分娩中的护理效果。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月于本院妇产科选择自然分娩的86例产妇为研究对象,按照不同的助产方式将86例产妇分为对照组和实验组,每组43例。对照组产妇采用常规分娩护理方法进行助产,实验组产妇则采用分娩球训练联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法进行助产,观察两组产妇分娩的结局。结果对照组产妇自然分娩成功率为67.44%,实验组产妇自然分娩成功率为93.02%;实验组产妇自然分娩成功率明显高于对照组,两组数据差异较大,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,实验组分娩总产程时间明显短于对照组,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用分娩球训练联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法在自然分娩中的临床护理效果较佳,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of delivery ball training combined with Lamaze breathing pain relief method in the natural delivery. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016,86 cases of puerpera those who chose natural childbirth in Obstetrics and Gynecology department of our hospital,were chose as the research objects. According to the different way of midwifery 86 cases were divided into control group and experimental group,43 cases in each group. The control group using conventional nursing methods for childbirth midwifery,while the experimental group applied delivery ball training combined with Lamaze breathing pain relief method for midwifery. Observed the outcomes of the two groups. Results The success rate of natural delivery in control group was 67.44%,and it was 93.02% in the experimental group. The success rate of natural delivery in experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. At the same time,the total labor time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）.Conclusions The clinical nursing effect of delivery ball training combined with Lamaze breathing pain relief method in natural childbirth is good,it is worth popularizing.
