生化汤加味治疗产后宫腔内残留物的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨生化汤加味治疗产后宫腔内残留物的临床疗效。方法:将120例产后超声提示有宫腔内残留物的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组患者予生化汤加味治疗,对照组患者予益母草胶囊口服,治疗周期为2周。评价两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分及宫腔内残留物体积的变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为91.7%,对照组为65.0%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的宫腔内残留物体积均明显缩小(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的宫腔内残留物体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生化汤加味能有效清除产后宫腔内残留物,改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the effect of ＂Modified Shenghua Decoction＂ on the intrauterine residue after delivery. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with intrauterine residue after delivery were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with ＂Modified Shenghua Decoction＂ and the patients in the control group were treated with motherwort capsules orally, with a course of two weeks. The clinical effect was evaluated, and the Chinese medical syndrome scores and the volume of intrauterine residue were compared before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.7% and 65.0% respectively, and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the Chinese medical syndrome scores of both group were obviously decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the volume of intrauterine residue in both groups was significantly reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the volume of intrauterine residue of the treatment group was less than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： ＂Modified Shenghua Decoction＂ can effectively get rid of the intrauterine residue after delivery and improve the clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical wide application.
