摘　　要：阐述自我感受负担的概念及理论框架,综述脑卒中病人自我感受负担的影响因素及干预措施的研究进展。指出目前脑卒中病人普遍存在着自我感受负担,国内对自我感受负担的研究尚不深入,大多数研究局限于自我感受负担的描述及影响因素的分析,对于自我感受负担对策的研究不多。应该针对国内脑卒中病人自我感受负担的影响因素进行有效的干预,帮助病人减轻负担,提高生活质量。This article expounded the concept and theoretical framework of self-feeling burden,and reviewed the research progress influencing factors and intervention measures of self-feeling burden among stroke patients.It pointed out that there was a general self-feeling burden in stroke patients,and the study of self-feeling burden in China is not deep.Most of the research was confined to the description of self-feeling burden and the analysis of influencing factors.There was not enough research on the intervention measures of self-feeling burden.Health care stuffs should take effective intervention targeted at the influencing factors of self-feeling burden among stroke patients,to help them reduce the burden and improve the quality of life.
