摘　　要：农产品目标价格补贴制度作为我国一种新型的农产品价格支持政策,在稳定我国农产品供给平衡及提高农民收入方面发挥重要作用。文章分析农产品价格政策的主要目标,阐述我国实施农产品目标价格补贴制度的必要性,提出制定合理的目标价格水平、发挥政府调控作用、集中补贴重点农产品、建立补贴向新型经营主体倾斜机制、拓宽农产品补贴门类、健全信息采集系统等完善农产品目标价格补贴制度的策略。Target price subsidies as a kind of new agricultural products price support policy in our country, plays an important role in the balance of stable supply of agricultural products in China. This paper analyzes the main goals of agricultural products price support policy, expounds the necessity of implementing target price agricultural subsidy system in our country. Then it puts forward relevant suggestions： drawing up reasonable price level, giving full play of governmental regulation role, establish subsidies policy system for new type management business, broadening the categories, complete information system and other policies.
