摘　　要：生态工业园作为实现生态工业发展循环经济的重要途径和有效载体,是我国未来发展构建工业园区的主要方向。浙江嘉兴乍浦经济开发区是1992年经浙江省政府批准设立的省级经济开发区,文章通过对其生态化改造现状、再建设的进展成效和面临问题等分析,从产业生态化层面提出园区生态化的建设路径,为园区可持续发展提供理论参考和实践依据。Industrial park, as an important and effective means of achieving ecological industry, is a main direction for China to build industrial park in the future. Zhejiang Zhapu economic development zone was established in 1992, with the ratification of Zhejiang government. The thesis can be a reference and theoretical basis of sustainable industrial park development by approaching and analyzing the present situation of Eco-construction, effect of reconstruction, and the problems we face.
