我国一流大学发展海外分校的SWOT分析

摘　　要：发展海外分校是高等教育全球化的重要表现,也是促进我国高等教育国际化发展的重要途径。我国一流大学创办海外分校仍处于起步阶段,其办学效果有待进一步观察。运用SWOT分析模型并结合欧美国家创办海外分校的经验教训,能够对我国高校创办海外分校的自身优势与缺陷、外部机遇与潜在挑战进行分析,总结境外办学的利弊条件,为我国一流大学创办海外分校提供有价值的参考,进而提出我国一流大学海外办学的政策建议:寻找自身不足,借鉴他国经验;整合优势资源,实现品牌效应;严把办学质量,增强竞争实力;传播中华文化,形成自身特色。The development of overseas campuses is an important significance in the globalization of higher education.It is an important way to promote the internationalization of China＇s higher education.It is in an infancy stage for China＇s first-class universities to found overseas campuses,and the effectiveness of running schools in overseas campus remains to be observed.This paper utilizes SWOT analysis model,combines the lessons and experiences of European and American countries in founding overseas campus.It analyzes the strength,weakness,opportunity and threats in developing overseas campuses for China＇s first-class universities,concludes the pros and cons of founding overseas campuses,and puts forward the following policy suggestions for first-class universities to found overseas campus：to find disadvantages and use other countries＇ experience for reference;to integrate superior resources and realize brand effect;to strictly control school-running quality and strengthen competitive strength.Finally,to spread Chinese culture and develop its own features.
