摘 要:以电流为状态变量,提出了一种基于电流传输器的电流模式网格多涡卷混沌电路。该电路由电流积分器、电流比例运算电路和电流模式阶梯波序列电路构成。相对于传统的电压模式混沌电路,该电流模式多涡卷混沌电路具有宽频谱、低功耗和便于集成等优点。通过改变系统的时间常数τ,对比研究了电流模式混沌电路和电压模式混沌电路的高频性能。Pspice仿真结果表明,提出的电流模式混沌电路能够产生高频率的多涡卷混沌吸引子。A novel current-mode grid multi-stroll chaotic circuit based on current conveyor was proposed with the current signals being acted as the state variables.The proposed circuit consisted of current integrators,current-mode proportional operation circuit and current-mode step wave series circuit.Compared with the traditional voltage-mode chaotic circuits,the proposed current-mode counterpart had advantages of wide spectrum,low power and large scale integration.By changing the time constantτof system,the high frequency characteristics of current-mode chaotic circuit and voltage-mode chaotic circuit had been investigated comparatively.Pspice simulated results showed that the proposed current-mode chaotic circuit could generate grid multi-scroll attractors at high frequency.
