摘　　要：本文选择两例典型的错误决策和正确决策案例,深入剖析错误决策的教训,分析产生的原因、后果,探讨应该采取的正确决策措施;总结了正确决策案例的经验,提出了在紧急情况下正确的外科决策需要外科医生具有非凡的胆量、勇于担当的责任意识、很强的基本功和外科决策能力、应变能力、娴熟的技巧,同时需要医务人员的大力协作,也需要与患者及家属的充分沟通,才能救患者于危难。In this paper, two typical cases of false decision-making and correct ones are selected. We learned the lessons in the mistakes deeply, though analysis the causes and consequences. The correct measures to be taken are discussed, and the experience is summed up. We think the right decision-making in emergency requires surgeons have extraordinary courage, the sense of responsibility, solid basic knowledge, and strong decision-making ability and adaptability. In addition, the collaboration of medical staff and the trust and cooperation of patients and their families are required. Only these jobs are completed well, the patients could be saved in dangerous.
