摘  要:预制装配式衬砌和模筑钢筋混凝土整体式衬砌相结合的双层复合式衬砌在地下轨道交通中应用难度很大,主要受工期和工艺制约。对这一问题进行了实际研究,在不影响盾构掘进与管片预制装配的同时,采用定型钢模板、内衬台车与烟道板台车分段现浇施工,对模筑钢筋混凝土整体式衬砌的施工工艺进行了优化,取得了良好的效果,可为类似工程施工提供参考。It is very difficult to apply the double layer composite lining of prefabricated assembly lining and reinforced con- crete integral lining in the underground rail transit, which is mainly controlled by the construction period and the process. Ttle actual research was taken to solve this problem, without affecting the shield tunneling and assembly prefabricated seg- ments simultaneously. The segmental cast-in-place construction was carried out by using shaped steel formwork, lining trol- ley and flue plate trolley, and the construction technology of reinforced concrete integral lining was optimized, which achieved good results. It could be served as reference for the construction of similar engineering.
