摘 要:本文阐述了应用串联补偿技术解决10kV配电线路低电压问题的基本工作原理。提出确定串补装置安装位置、串补电容器容抗、额定电压、额定电流等基本参数的计算方法。从原理上说明了采用晶闸管保护的串补装置不会对线路的过电流保护整定值产生任何影响。通过实际案例进一步验证了应用该技术解决低电压问题和降损节能的显著效果,并对工程应用中的经验教训进行了总结。In this paper,the basic principle on solving the low voltage issue of 10 kV distribution line by the use of series compensation technology is described. Determination of installation position of series compensation device and calculation method of such basic parameters as capacitive reactance,rated voltage and rated current etc of series compensation capacitor are proposed. No any influence on the over current protection setting by the series compensation device with adoption of thyristor is described from the principle. The remarkable result by the use of the technology in solving the low voltage issue and reducing loss and saving energy is verified further through real example and the experience and lesson in the engineering application are summarized.
