快速调压型高压静止无功补偿装置的研究

摘　　要：针对现有电压调节型无功自动补偿装置(SVQR)和高压晶闸管投切电容器(TSC)存在的不足,本文提出了一种基于晶闸管开关控制技术的快速调压型高压静止无功补偿装置(TVQR)。文中分析了TVQR工作原理,介绍了该装置主电路及工作过程,最后通过仿真、样机试验验证TVQR的可行性。结果表明,文中提出的TVQR不仅响应速度快、无功补偿精细、投切无涌流,而且TSC相比晶闸管阀简单、可靠性高、占地面积小、运行维护简单,具有一定的研究应用价值。In view of the shortcoming of existing step voltage regulating var compensator(SVQR)and high voltage thyristor switched capacitor(TSC),a kind of fast voltage regulating type high voltage static var compensation device(TVQR)based on thyristor switch control technology is proposed in this paper.The operating principle of TVQR is analyzed,main circuit and operation process of the device is introduced and finally the feasibility of TVQR is verified by the simulation and sample test. It is shown by the result that the TVQR proposed in this paper not only has fast response speed,fine reactive power compensation and no inrush current in the switching,and compared to thyristor valve,TSC is simple,high in reliability,small in land area and convenient in operation and maintenance and has a definite research and application value.
