摘  要:针对已运行多年的直流输电用直流滤波电容器进行试验研究,探索其剩余的预期寿命。试验研究设计了检测电容器及其介质老化性状、元件组加速寿命试验和元件耐电强度试验3个流程。试验发现电容器性能已严重减退,绝缘介质已处于老化状态;通过加速寿命试验结果,估算了电容器剩余寿命,推测此类电容器已临近其寿命末期。由于该批电容器已运行了10余年,且运行中有多台发生故障,试样品质和运行经历也有差异,因此其介质性能的离散性较大,较难发现温度对寿命影响的规律,研究方法也有待进一步改进。本试验研究的结果能供直流滤波电容器使用方和制造方借鉴。Experimental investigation for DC filter capacitor that has operated tor many years in HVDC transmission system, to explore their remainder predicts life. Three test processes are designed, the first is aging properties test for capacitors and its dielectric,the second is accelerated life test for elements groups,and the third is withstand voltage test for elements. The test results show that the capacitor prop- erties have declined seriously and their dielectrics have been in aging state. According to the accelerated life test results, it is estimated that this type of capacitor is approaching its end of life. Due to that the capacitors have been running for more than 10 years,some of them had been failure,the quality and the running experience between samples are different,the discreteness of the capacitor's dielectric properties is larger,it is more difficult to discover the influence of temperature on the capacitor's lifetime,the research method needs to be improved also. The results of this study can be used for reference to the use- rs and manufacturers of DC filter capacitors.
