摘  要:采用超声醇提的方法对瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasma L.)中具有代表性的总黄酮进行提取,通过开展超声时间、超声功率、料液比、乙醇浓度4个因素单因素试验和正交试验探索狼毒总黄酮提取的最佳提取条件。数据分析得到显著(P<0.05)影响狼毒总黄酮提取的因素分别为:乙醇浓度>超声时间>料液比>超声功率,其中最优提取条件为超声时间20min,超声功率240 W,料液比1/10,乙醇浓度80%。According to the special germplasm resources Stellera chamaejasme (SteUera chamaejasma L. ) of Qinghai Province and with the aim of long - term development of the germplasm resources, the following experimental study was carried out. The test samples were collected from Datong County, and then air dried in shade and grinded carefully. The total flavonoids were extracted by using ultrasonic alco- hol extraction metilod. To find the optimal extraction conditions, the ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, ratio of solid to liquid and the con- ccntration of ethanol were measured. The extracting factors affect total flavonoids in Stellera chamaejasme are shown as follows : thanol con- centration 〉 u|trasonic time 〉 solid -liquid ratio 〉 ultrasonic power, and the optimal extraction conditions for acoustic time is 20 mins, ultrasonic power for 240 W, solid - liquid ratio 1/0, ethanol concentration for 80%.
