摘 要:针对我国无自主培育獭兔品种的现状,选择四川省草原科学研究院培育的獭兔新品系-四川白獭兔作为育种材料,采用群体继代选育法,培育獭兔新品种——川白獭兔,运用RRBPS獭兔育种与生产管理信息系统软件进行遗传评估。结果表明,通过川白獭兔连续5个世代的繁殖性能选育,其窝产仔数达到7.48只,产活仔数7.30只,初生重393.84g,21日龄窝重2 238.74g,断奶仔兔数6.83只,断奶个体重736.08g,断奶窝重5 023.53g,断奶成活率93.63%,繁殖性能均有提高,且群体遗传性能趋于稳定。In view of the status of non self - cultivation varieties of Rex Rabbit in China the method of population subculture of the Si- chuan White Rex rabbit was applied to breed the new variety Chuanbai Rex Rabbit, which was bred by Sichuan Academy of Crassland Sci- ences, used as the breeding material. The genetic evaluation was performed using the Rex Rabbit breeding and production management infor- mation system RRBPS. After a reproduction - performance selection and breeding of Chuanbai Rex Rabbit for continuous five generations, the Chuanbai Rex Rabbit' s total number born, number born alive, litter weight born, litter weight of 3 weeks, number weaning, weaning litter weight, weaning litter weight of 5 weeks, and survival rate of weaning? rose? to 7. 48, 7. 30,393. 84g, 2238. 74g, 6. 83,736. 08g, 5023. 53g, and 93. 63%, respectively. The reproduction performance of Chuanbai Rex Rabbit has improved significantly, and its genetic performance tends to be stable.
